I have been trying to find a fic where Kurt gets pregnant by Blaine at Mr. Shue's failed wedding. They had broken up before it happened, and Kurt was dating Adam when he discovered he was pregnant. Kurt tries telling Blaine about the baby, but Blaine wrongly believes the baby is Adam's, so he stops talking to Kurt. Kurt is devasted because he thinks Blaine does not want the baby. I only remember that Puck is the one who confronts Blaine about the pregnancy, and Blaine realizes his mistake after that. If it helps, I think I read it on FanFiction.
