I am looking for a complete Puck/kurt story. In it Kurt has a accident and he dreas that afterwards he wakes in the hospital up. He dreams he gets pregnant with Noah's baby and they have a wonderful relaationship. He then really wakes up and everyone tells him it was just a dream while he insists it wasn't. Then Noah sneaks in and tells him that Kurt was on his way to pick him up since they wanted to tell their family that they were together, and that KUrt dreamed about a baby because they have been disscuing names.
