Kurt upset by drunk driving presentation

I went through the Kurt Hummel tag through August, but did not find what I'm looking for, so I hope someone remembers this!

It is one of those drunk driving assemblies at school, and Kurt realized that one of the slides was a photo of the car crash that killed his mom and he panics. Finn gets him out of there and Burt threatens to sue the school, Figgins, and the police officer who showed the slides.

I'm pretty sure there are two of these fics, either or both would be appreciated. I don't think there were any pairings in it.
