I'm looking for a specific AU fic I read a while back where Blaine and Sebastian are in a relationship and Kurt is staying with another couple. In the fic I think the rule of this AU was that there can only be one carrier per pairing and the couple Kurt was living with already had a carrier. Kurt, also being a carrier, had to move out. I think that Blaine and Sebastian opted to take Kurt in. Previously Kurt had dated Blaine and I think Kurt had been assaulted (non-con?) and he felt guilty about it which is why he broke up with Blaine (Blaine never found out). I believe Sebastian was really bitter towards Kurt for breaking Blaine's heart. They eventually find out what happened (I think it was from the couple Kurt was staying with previously or because of government records, I can't exactly remember).
At some point Sebastian and Blaine have to have sex with Kurt and someone (from the government?) has to check him over. I think they try something and Sebastian has to go in to the room Kurt is in and kick them out. I remember Kurt being reluctant to have sex with them and was sort of scared about it.
I'm not sure if the fic was finished or not.
