Kurt/Blaine, one-shot, army!blaine w/ famous!kurt

I've been trying to find this fic all day and I can't seem to find it anywhere but I'm hoping someone can help!

I remember that it's a one-shot that I read on Tumblr and Blaine's in the army and Kurt is on The Ellen Show and she's interviewing him and she says she has a message from Blaine for him and she brings up the video and shows Kurt and then Blaine comes out and surprises him and I think that he might propose or something?  Any idea what this is called or where I can find it??
